When  man  walks the Path of the Samurai he must not look for  others

ideals. The same goes for the Path itself. Therefore, it is wrong  to study the Way

Confucius or the Way  of the Buddha and say that  is  -- the Way of the Samurai. If a man

понимает это,  он  будет  слушать проповеди  о других  Ways,  but with

every day more and more to comprehend your own.

  Yamamoto Tsunetomo   (Book One)

Any martial art is based on the fact that it has several components - physical exercises (kata, techniques, muscle development, reaction speed, attention training, etc.), a psychological component - to know yourself, and then learn to control yourself (achieved by physical training, working out with partners or a sparring system, breathing exercises, various forms of meditative techniques, etc.) and a spiritual component, which is based on understanding the very essence of human nature, his existence in his own world, the world_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ with other people and the world of nature around him (this component is mainly based on the philosophical principles of the foundation of martial arts, which, depending on the country and continent, can be represented by Zen Buddhism, Buddhism, Confucianism, Taoism, Hinduism, etc.).

Using the example of Aikido in an open lecture, we will answer the question of how to achieve harmony through the art of combat? We will talk about philosophy, the wisdom of life, the principles of martial arts that can be used in everyday life.
