The high productivity and possibilities of group therapy have been discussed since the last century. It is quite difficult to find professionals in this format of work.
We present such a rare opportunity to take part in t a three- day group psychotherapy with a master, a world-class professional, standing at the origins of the existential trend in the post-Soviet space.
Rimantas Kociunas is the founder of the Lithuanian School of Existential Therapy , developed at the Institute of Humanistic and Existential Psychology (HEPI) . The participants in this process have the opportunity for 3 days to touch, live, experience the experience that is given to us in our daily life with all its possibilities, limitations, responsibility, meaning and meaninglessness, love, death, alienation and loneliness and many other meanings and givens of our existence.
In the tradition of this approach, it is not customary to divide groups into "spectators" and participants in the group process. The very tradition and peculiarity of this campaign allows not only those who are "in the circle" (12 people), but also those who will be nearby ("outside the circle") to become an active participant in the process.
The psychotherapeutic group of existential experience is an opportunity to:
-
Explore your life world
-
See the way of life with its difficulties and opportunities
-
Get the experience of experiencing the integrity of your Self
-
Face anxiety, fear and survive them
-
Reevaluate your relationships with other people
All who are interested in the possibilities of experiencing existential experience and the experience of group therapy are invited to participate.
