❤️🙏 “Art of Peace: Love and Aggression”, the summer school of self-transformation and personal development.
Contemporary world prepares impediments for humankind everyday. Being full of tension and conflicts it constantly exposes us to hatred and aggression. It might make one stronger, but it also makes it hard for one to preserve happiness and spread love.
We found the solution to this problem with the help of psychology and some of the Eastern schools of philosophy.
"Art of peace" is a book written by the founder of Aikido, Morihei Ueshiba. There Ueshiba demonstrates how to reach love through aggression. More precisely, he talks about the possibility to turn the destroying power into love and creativity. To achieve this goal nowadays therapists usually apply art-therapies.
The summer school of self-transformation and personal development of 2022 will be based on Eastern techniques (Aikido) and art-therapy. Both of these approaches will be applied in order to transform hatred and aggression into love. Within the program we will convert negative feelings into resourceful conditions of acceptance, harmony and self-fulfillment.

Olga Korzhova
A practicing psychologist who has been working in the professional field for 15 years. Education in the field of transactional analysis for more than 300 hours, completed 101 and 202 TA courses. Olga is a certified body-oriented psychotherapist, NLP practitioner, NLP master. Member of the European and St. Petersburg Associations for Transactional Analysis (EATA, SOTA).
Alina Seitbekova
Psychologist, expert in narrative practice and advertising writing. Former editor of the Sandyk Internet portal.
